James Joseph has been a founding Partner in Joseph, Terracciano & Lynam, LLP since its inception in 1994. Mr. Joseph’s practice areas include a wide variety of commercial and general litigation, commercial transactions, corporate governance and contracts. Complementing these practice areas, Mr. Joseph also has significant experience in residential and commercial real estate transactions, including acquisition, leasing and financing.

Mr. Joseph received a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from New York University School of Business and Public Administration in 1988, and his Juris Doctor from New York Law School in 1991. He is a member of the New York State Bar and is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, the United States Court of Federal Claims, the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States of America.

Mr. Joseph is also Vice President and General Counsel of GreenDustries Corporation (, a global fast food packaging company with offices in New York, Florida and France.

Mr. Joseph is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association.
