Meet Jim Joseph, one of our esteemed founding partners with an impressive background in commercial and general litigation, commercial transactions, corporate governance, and contracts.
With extensive experience in residential and commercial real estate transactions, Mr. Joseph’s expertise runs deep. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from New York University School of Business and Public Administration and received his Juris Doctor from New York Law School.
Mr. Joseph is a member of the New York State Bar and is admitted to practice in several high-level courts, including the Supreme Court of the United States of America.
In addition to his legal prowess, Mr. Joseph is also the Vice President and General Counsel of GreenDustries Corporation, a global fast food packaging company with offices in New York, Florida, and France.
